- Ask your landlord who pays for electricity, water, gas and waste, and which providers serve your address. LADWP does not serve all of LA County.
- Plan the start date around key handover. Check identification, deposits and lead time directly with the provider.
- Record meter readings together and photograph them at move-in. Check the first bill for address, period and agreed responsibilities.
